01Overview
Infinity Day Planner (IDP) is an enterprise-level staff planning platform that handles both in-house and outsourced employee operations — staff onboarding, customer details, contracts, work orders, schedules and work-hour allocation. At codeLantic I led the UI/UX across web, mobile-responsive, mobile and admin.
The challenge › Enterprise teams juggle staff, clients, contracts, work orders and hours. The product had to make all of it clear, on any screen.
02Breaking it down
Before designing anything, the problem was split into its parts:
- I
People — onboarding for in-house and outsourced staff
- II
Work — contracts, work orders and schedules
- III
Insight — clients, invoices and planned vs completed hours
- IV
Platforms — web, mobile and admin from one design system
03Start to end
I · Lead
Led the design team and set priorities with the wider project team.
II · System

III · Design

IV · Prototype & QA
