Zius Gym Mobile App

Zius Gym is a fitness management app for both gym members and administrators. It gathers member details to create personalised workout schedules that members track daily, and integrates with a fitness-centre CRM for membership management, scheduling and inventory control. Features include IoT-enabled QR code access, progress tracking and gym-day planning.

The challenge › Bring members' daily training and the gym's operations — memberships, schedules, inventory and door access — into one simple mobile app.

Before designing anything, the problem was split into its parts:
